Administrative Science–Certificate in Workplace Conflict Resolution

This certificate is designed for practicing and future administrators in public and nonprofit agencies wishing to expand their knowledge of the theory and practice of conflict resolution in the workplace. The certificate program includes 12 credits of courses drawn from the Master of Arts in Administrative Science curriculum.

Required Courses (12 credits)

A Certificate in Workplace Conflict Resolution will be awarded upon satisfactory completion of the following requirements:

MAS 520 - Communication for Administrators 3 cr
MAS 540 - Diversity in the Organization 3 cr
MAS 560 - Conflict Management in the Organization 3 cr
MAS 660 - Administrative and Labor Law 3 cr
