FIN 419 - Financial Plan Development This course is designed to provide students with a comprehensive application of financial planning and asset management, focusing on the core knowledge areas, such as financial planning, personal investment, risk management, retirement planning, and estate planning, which are outlined by the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) Board. Through real-world case studies, students will develop financial plans to help clients to make informed financial decisions and manage their financial affairs effectively. The course will help students prepare for the CFP exam.
Requisites: FIN 305 (previous, required), FIN 307 (previous, required), FIN 319 (previous, required), ACCT 316 (previous, required).
