NURS 479 - Nursing & Health Care Systems Change
Focus is on microsystem and macrosystems, and influencing organizational policy change. Topics will include power, change, health care economics, transition, and regulatory issues. A QI/change project will be required at an approved agency/work setting. Professional writing and use of evidence will be emphasized.
Requisites: NURS 377 , NURS 379 , NURS 401 (concurrent or previous required), and current, unencumbered RN licensure in Michigan required as prerequisite.
