HS 510 - Accreditation Process Improvement
This course will assist in preparing health care administrators and clinicians for accreditation surveys and ongoing compliance readiness. The course will explore the Joint Commission accreditation survey process. Additionally the course will provide knowledge, skills, tools and methods to implement, facilitate and coordinate process redesign, design change methods and quality improvement initiatives.
