MGT 351 - Introduction to Entrepreneurship Examines the nature of entrepreneurship and role of entrepreneurship in business and society, and the characteristics of the entrepreneurial individuals and organizations. A variety of issues facing entrepreneurs will be covered, such as entrepreneurial mindset, opportunity identification, new venture start-up, bootstrapping, brand-building, financing and deal structuring, ethics, sustainability and value creation.
Prerequisite: Junior standing.
