CIS 357 - Object-Oriented Programming with Java This course will teach students object-orientation and the Java programming language. Object-oriented programming and UML concepts, including the derivation, development and implementation of classes, are introduced. Students will learn the fundamentals of Java as well as topics such as container classes, threading, exception handling. Swing graphical user interface design and persistence.
Prerequisite: CS 216.
