Graduate Healthcare Quality & Safety Certificate

The Graduate Healthcare Quality & Safety Certificate prepares students to complete the Certified Professional Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) certification examination (to attain CPHQ recognition). The Graduate Healthcare Quality & Safety Certificate includes five courses (a total of 15 credits).

Admission Requirements

• Completed Application for admission to the Graduate Healthcare Quality & Safety Certificate Program.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with official transcript
• Statement of Intent- Applicants are required to submit a 300-word statement of intent outlining how the certificate program will help them meet their academic and professional goals.
• One letter of recommendation preferably from educators or employers
