The Carmona College of Business certificate in Professional Sales is open to all SVSU students and marketing professionals. The certificate will help expand your sales knowledge and skills and provides you with up-to-date knowledge of current sales, customer relationship, and negotiation strategies. Most importantly, it will prepare you for success in a sales environment that is growing toward relationship-building and consultative problem-solving as priorities.
Topics covered will range from fundamentals of marketing, personal selling strategies and skills, negotiation theory and practice, and customer relationship management.
Students may only double count MKT 331 and MKT 434 towards their majors or minors.
