A mathematics minor is earned by completing at least 20 credits in mathematics including Math 161 (Calculus I), Math 162 (Calculus II), and four additional elective courses as described below. Students may customize the minor by choosing electives from a variety of pure and applied topics to match their interests.
Students are encouraged to contact the Department of Mathematical Sciences for advice on elective choices.
Four additional courses from the following list to total at least 12 elective credits. At least 3 credits must be from an upper level (300- or 400-level) mathematics course.
