Health and Physical Education Teacher Education, K-12 Major (B.A.)

Students must be admitted to the secondary teacher education program and complete all Secondary Education Professional Studies requirements. Students are strongly encouraged to meet with an advisor in the Health and Physical Education Teacher Education Program as well as the Teacher Education Certification Office in the sophomore year to plan this additional course of study.

The Health and Physical Education major is available to students desiring to teach grades K-12. It requires a double major described in the College of Education section.

Admission to the major does not constitute admission to the College of Education.
