Requirements for the Psychology Major (For students admitted Fall 2011 and after). A Psychology Major requires 43 credits in psychology and completion of the Foundation courses and the required Psychology courses below. A minor is required.

Learning/Cognitive Psychology (3 cr)

Developmental Psychology (4 cr)

Personality/Social Psychology (3 cr)

Majors must take at least one course from two of the following three areas:

Specialized Topics in Psychology

Human Diversity

Applied/Clinical Psychology
