The course also examines the misuse of ethnic and racial profiling and emphasizes the advantages of behavioral profiling in identifying offender patterns and motivations. The course covers related concepts such as equivocal death analysis and case linkage analysis, providing students with a comprehensive understanding of the tools and techniques utilized in criminal profiling.
