SW 383 - SUD-Profsinal & Ethical Responsibilities

Professional and Ethical Responsibilities when Treating SUD Populations (3 credits) - Identification of strategies to address substance use disorder in a professional and ethically responsible manner. Prevention methods through the appropriate use of health education, social programs, and public policy will be examined. Students will learn the impact funding, social attitudes, supply and demand, and other correlating factors have on the success of treatment and prevention programs.
