CIS 311 - Windows Programming using Microsoft.NET

Writing console and graphical software applications specifically for Microsoft Windows using the .NET platform will be the focus of this course.  An examination of topics including object-oriented extensions, LINQ, ADO.NET databases, COM automation, API calls, threading, networking, building controls and libraries, reflection, internationalization, cryptography and several other namespaces will be presented.

Requisites: CS 216   (Required, Previous).

Credits:4 cr
