TE 534 - Understanding Research in Special Ed Concepts and skills involved in understanding and analyzing research in special education and related areas are introduced. An overview of basic, general knowledge of various research methodologies. Focus on becoming a consumer of research by enhancing the ability to locate, read, comprehend, and critically analyze research articles and reports. Quantitative and qualitative methods and designs, historical and descriptive research, and program evaluation will be covered.
Requisites: TE 303 or TE 602
