NURS 491 - Pain Management Across the Lifespan

Pain management of acute and chronic pain. Topics covered are pathophysiology, pharmacological, complimentary and interventional, treatments. Assessing pain in verbally impaired individual, cancer pain, end of life care, physical dependency, addiction and abuse will also be covered.
