TE 341 - Methods of Teaching Social Studies K-8

An introduction to elementary and middle-school methods and materials appropriate for an issues approach to the teaching of social studies. Emphasis will be placed on developing instruction strongly focused upon the goal of preparing K-8 responsible citizenry. Fieldwork is required.

Requisites: Admission to the elementary education program. (Required, Previous).
