SW 316 - Social Welfare Policy I Historical and philosophical perspective of social welfare policy, organizational and program development for Elizabethan Poor Laws to the welfare state; an overview of social, political, and economic institutions relevant to disadvantaged and culturally diverse populations, and social work practice in organizations and communities.
Requisites: PS 118! or PS 123 and ECON 125 or ECON 221 , admitted Social Work Major (BSW) (Required, Previous).
