MUSE 204 - Brass Methods
An introduction to the performance and pedagogy of brass instruments. Students will be introduced to each instrument, learn the fundamentals of starting beginning players, and develop the ability to diagnose problems and prescribe solutions to common brass issues in school ensembles. Students will learn to play selected instruments. All band and orchestral brass instruments will be covered.
Requisites: Music Education Major (B.A.) or instructor permission (Required, Previous).
