TEMS 450 - Math Assessment and Instruction 7-9

Teacher Candidates (TC) develop mathematics-specific teaching practices designed to support all students’ access to algebraic and geometric thinking. TCs design and implement instruction to engage students in real-world connections using geometric measurement, probability, statistics, and data analysis. TCs evaluate instructional resources and engage in reflective practice for improving teaching practices.

Requisites: TEMS 334 or TEMS 434 (Required, Concurrent).

Credits:3 cr
