YS 345 -  Youth in Transition

Youth in Transition is an intensive study of issues and services for foster children who are aging out of the foster care system and in transition to adult independence. Areas of focus include: post-secondary education, employment, personal financial management, interpersonal relationships, housing, cultural identity, grief and loss.
