BIOL 465 - Cardiovascular Physiology & Disease A detailed study of the physiology and diseases associated with the cardiovascular system. Topics include the cardiac cycle, electrophysiology of the heart, blood hemodynamics, and blood pressure regulation, as well as disease states including cardiomyopathies, arrhythmias, valvular disease, atherosclerosis, aneurysms, and hypertension.
Requisites: BIOL 291, BIOL 233, BIOL 360 (Required, Previous).
