NURS 479 - Nursing & Health Care Systems Change

Focus on microsystem and macrosystems, and influencing organizational policy change. Topics will include power, change, health care economics, transition, and regulatory issues. A QI/change project will be required at an approved agency/work setting. Professional writing and use of evidence will be emphasized.

Requisites: NURS 377, NURS 379, NURS 401, and current, unencumbered RN licensure in Michigan. (Required, Previous).

Credits:3 cr
