NURS 401 - Nursing Leadership and Ethics

Focus on leadership, management, complexity, and interprofessional collaboration. Topics include the legal system, ethical guidelines, conflict resolution, care coordination, informatics, interprofessional collaboration, and the political environment. Professional writing and use of evidence will be emphasized.

Requisites: NURS 301 (Required, Previous).
