MGT 422 - Advanced Topics in Human Resource Mgmt An in-depth analysis of selected topics in HRM, such as human resource planning, recruitment and selection, performance appraisal, compensation administration (wage and salary, incentive pay, employee benefits), training and development, labor-management relations, performance management or current issues in HRM. Typically, only two or three topics will be covered per term.
Requisites: MGT 323. (Required, Previous). Junior standing (Required, Previous).
