ME 311 - Thermodynamics I First and Second Laws of Thermodynamics, properties of pure substances, equations of state, state diagrams, simple process analysis and concept of entropy. Emphasis on the use of property tables and charts in applying the First and Second Laws to analyze changes occurring in both open and closed systems. (3-0)
