CIS 424 - System Detail Design, Impl & Mgmt This course will present software design fundamentals and design methods, including data flow, data structure, object and real-time. Programming languages and coding, software maintenance, software quality, CASE, and configuration management will also be covered. This course will focus on the design, coding, and testing phases. Students will discuss standards development and use, quality assurance and control issues, implementing system reviews, software testing, organization and planning, functionality testing, unit and system testing, and user acceptance testing. Structured walk-throughs, desk checking, and data flow analysis will be covered.
Requisites: CIS 422 (Required, Previous).
