ENGL 312 - Lit of Great Britain & the US 1660-1865 A study of selected significant authors, genres, historical trends, and cultural influences in British, Colonial, and U.S. literature, after the Restoration up to the end of the U.S. Civil War. Special attention to intertextuality transatlantic issues including colonialism and the emergence of American literature.
