MAS 580 - Human Resources Management This course examines the design and application of employee motivation, education and training and evaluation strategies within organizations. Employment law is also covered as it applies to hiring, operating fringe benefit systems and evaluating employees and related topics in the public and non-profit sectors. Administrative decision making in human performance coordination is emphasized.
