ART 319 - Methods of Teaching Visual Arts: K-6

An art methods class for visual art education majors covering curricula for K-6 grade students. It includes the development of sequential art, curriculum, assessment methods, production of instructional resources, child development and other knowledge relevant to teaching grades K-6. Field work in elementary art classroom required.

Prerequisite: ART 111  , ART 112  , ART 121  , ART 122  .

Credits: 4 cr
