CBM 639A - Business Process Design
This course emphasizes principles of effective process design. Topics include design of manufacturing and service processes focusing on cycle time reduction, lead time reduction and quality improvement, impact of variability on process performance, dynamic control of process flows, measurement of process performance, and the use of technology to support design activities.
Prerequisites/Corequisites: Prerequisite: Graduate admission.
