NURS 686 - FNP Rural Residency II

Explores the impact and etiology of chronic multi-system complex illnesses in rural populations, identifies barriers to health care delivery and access, and examines how technology can overcome the unique cultural, geographic, and sociocultural barriers that typify rural health care. Synthesis of theoretical and diagnostic knowledge is facilitated through rurally-focused technology-centric simulation activities.
