TE 631 - Career and Postsecondary Preparation This course examines employment and vocational models for individuals with disabilities. Theory and research-based practices are emphasized that relate to the infusion of career development into academic curricula; facilitation of business relationships; facilitation of consumer-directed job development and placement; as well as determination of follow-up strategies. Postsecondary planning is addressed.
Prerequisites: TE 342 or TE 430 or instructor permission. Credits: 3 cr
