LAW 209 - Law and the Professions

This course is designed to address professional liability in American law. Following a brief review of the relationship of law to society professional liability will be selectively addressed in such areas as the natural sciences, social sciences, liberal arts and education. There will be some legal research.

Prerequisite: Sophomore standing.

Credits: 3 cr

Notes: This course is designed for majors outside of the College of Business and Management.
