ETM 334 - Introduction to Chemical Engineering Study of the basic principles and calculation methods used by chemical engineers in topics such as the following: Mass and energy balances, reaction kinetics, heat transfer, fluid flow, distillation, crystallization, drying, absorption, extraction, and process control.
Prerequisite: Junior standing, CHEM 111 , PHYS 211 , PHYS 211L , and MATH 140 or higher.
