EDL 730 - Reflective Practice for School Leaders
An examination of reflective practice as a productive and efficient strategy to improve individual administrator performance, teacher performance and school effectiveness. Candidates will learn how to use reflective practice individually and in large and small group setting with a focus on improving student achievement. They will complete a variety of reflective practice activities connected to the state and national standards for leadership.
