CS 245 - Statistics and Its Appl in Computer Science This course will focus on topics such as statistics, probability theory, sampling theory and statistical inference when applied to the field of computer science and information systems. Additional topics will include data collection, analysis, interpretation and handling massive data sets with examples from the field of computer information systems.
Prerequisite: CS 116 and MATH 120B or MATH 140 or higher.
