PS 206 - International Law This course provides a survey of the general parameters of international law as well as some of the current issues such as piracy, war crimes, genocides, human rights, and environmental law. The class utilizes a variety of means to gain a better understanding of international law, including a moot court or mock trial exercise and case briefing of major international legal cases.
Prerequisite: PS 130! or PS 205.
