MATH 082 - Beginning AlgebraIntroduction to sets, axioms, factoring, first and second degree equations and inequalities, graphs, exponents and radicals. Not applicable to General Education requirements and/or minor requirements. Prerequisites/Corequisites: Prerequisite: C grade or better in MATH 081 or satisfactory score in the Course Placement Test in math. See Basic Skills section of the undergraduate catalog. 4 cr Notes: Credits earned in remedial courses (000 level) will not apply toward the credits required for graduation. However, they will count toward determining "full load" for students receiving financial aid. |
