Applicants with Degrees


Applicants who hold baccalaureate or graduate degrees and who desire to enroll in one or more courses at SVSU without entering a degree program must submit an application for non-degree post-baccalaureate admission with the Office of Admissions. Official transcripts of previous college work will not be required unless the student completes 31 undergraduate or nine graduate credits, or unless the applicant decides to work toward a degree.

Applicants who hold baccalaureate or graduate degrees intending to earn a degree mus submit an application as a second bachelor’s degree candidate with the Office of Admissions. Official transcripts of all previous college work are required at the time of application.

Applicants who hold baccalaureate or graduate degrees and who desire to complete coursework for teacher certification should contact the College of Education for admission information.
